courier-authlib-mysql software package provides MySQL support for the Courier authentication library, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install courier-authlib-mysql
courier-authlib-mysql is installed in your system.
Make ensure the courier-authlib-mysql package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep courier-authlib-mysql *
You will get with courier-authlib-mysql package name, version, architecture and description in a table
